Payment Terms for Upside Robotics
These Payment Terms apply to payments made through the Upside Robotics website, preorder flow, reservation system, checkout pages, invoices, and related services.
By submitting a payment to Upside Robotics, you agree to these Payment Terms, along with our General Terms, Reservation Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
By making a payment through Upside Robotics, you represent that:
you are at least 18 years old
you are authorized to use the payment method submitted
you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
if paying on behalf of a company, farm, or organization, you are authorized to do so

Upside Robotics may accept:

debit card
ACH / bank transfer
wire transfer
invoice-based payment
other payment methods made available at checkout
3. Reservation Payments
If you place a reservation for the Upside Robotics Maize Runner 2027 or any future product, you may be required to submit a Reservation Fee.
Unless otherwise stated:
the Reservation Fee is collected at checkout
the Reservation Fee may be credited toward a future purchase
the Reservation Fee does not guarantee final purchase, pricing, production timing, or delivery
4. Authorization to Charge

charge your selected payment method
verify your payment details
process the transaction
complete any related refunds, reversals, or adjustments where applicable

duties
shipping
import costs
installation or deployment fees
service or support fees
software or subscription fees

For certain customers, Upside Robotics may issue invoices instead of collecting payment directly through checkout.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, payments made to Upside Robotics are non-refundable once processed.
